Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Be a real person, be respectful, and do not harass, impersonate, defraud, or endanger anyone. No solicitation, no under-18s, no illegal content.
We use human and automated moderation. Breaking these terms can pause or remove your account.
Safety
Meeting people carries risk. Use in-app safety tools, meet in public, and tell someone your plans. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting people.
Content & licence
You own your content; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it to run the service. You must have the right to everything you upload.
Fees
Zigazag is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will tell you clearly before you are charged, and never paywall safety features.
Liability & disclaimers
We work hard to keep Zigazag safe but cannot guarantee any match or interaction. To the extent permitted by law in United Kingdom, our liability is limited. Nothing here removes rights you have under local law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to members in United Kingdom, without affecting mandatory local consumer rights.
Ending your account
Delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Questions: privacy@zigazag.com.
