Zigazag works because people are real and respectful. Break these and you can lose your account.
Be a real, verified human
One account, your own photos, your real self. Impersonation, AI-generated profiles, and bots are banned outright.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or unsolicited explicit content. Treat every match like a real person you might meet — because they are.
Be honest
No scams, no soliciting money, no promoting other services. Catfishing and misrepresenting who you are will get you removed.
Keep it legal and age-appropriate
You must be 18 or over. No content involving minors, illegal activity, or non-consensual material — zero tolerance, reported to authorities where required.
Reviews are earned, not weaponised
Our mutual-consent reviews exist to build trust. Using them to harass, retaliate, or lie is a violation. Both people must consent, and reviews reveal at the same time.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may warn, restrict, or permanently ban an account. Think a decision was wrong? You can appeal in the app. Report anything that breaks these rules — every report is reviewed.
